HGW Projects has been engaged to perform the Development and Project Management role for the developer (Wolf & Lamb Pty Ltd) at 296 Plenty Rd Preston.
Following engagement we lead a design review and feasibility assessment was conducted based on an initial design. This was largely driven by the preliminary or draft set of “Better Apartment Design Guidelines” which placed a lot of restrictions on the development. The subsequent feasibility assessmentproved that this design was not feasible.
Working very closely Chamberlain Architects, the project team and landowner and with a focus on the current and projected market demand a re-design was completed and a viable development outcome has recently been submitted for planning approval.
