St Kilda | VICHGW Projects have been engaged to perform the Development and Project Management role for 35 Marine Parade St Kilda.
The development includes 21 high-end Fender Katsalidis designed apartments.
Following engagement as the Project Manager and Superintednent our role has been extended to include the Development Management role. This role includes management of the remaining sales, marketing and settlement activities and supporting and assisting the developer with all development related matters.
