Hampton | VIC | 2023Hampton Quarter is a mixed use development situated in the heart of the Hampton Street Village precinct.
Developed by EPC Pacific and PACE Development Group Joint Venture, the project will deliver 159 high end private residential apartments over 4 separate buildings whilst providing an additional 18 apartment dwellings for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Multiple retail opportunities will also be provided at ground level to further activate the area which sits in view line to the Hampton train station.
HGW Projects has been engaged as the Superintendent for the construction contract.
