The redevelopment of Hardi Aged Care Seven Hills consists of the acquisition of nine adjoining residential properties to develop a two-stage state of the art aged care facility consisting of (stage 1) 126 aged care rooms and (stage 2) 36 independent living units.

The staged redevelopment will allow the existing facility to continue to operate whilst the stage 1 works are completed.
