Development Management.
We proactively manage the development process from all perspectives including market and financial analysis, site procurement, master and concept planning, sales and marketing coordination, due diligence and settlement management, to yield the best return on investment for our clients.

We oversee all aspects of the project from the negotiation of the contract, to consultant and contractor selection and management, program and cost monitoring, tenancy coordination, and the final delivery to ensure that all of the objectives are achieved. DESIGN MANAGEMENT.
We manage the entire design process from the initial concept, the procurement of the design team, the contract documentation and client approvals, to tender management and the appointment of the contractor.
Feasibility Studies.
We undertake detailed analysis of potential development projects to assess financial feasibility, whilst considering development options, risk and cash flow management.
Contract Superintendence.
We administer a project in detail to ensure that all elements of the contract are being adhered to, including the management of progress claims and variations, and the extension of time claims.
