Orchard Piper engaged HGW Projects to perform the Project Management and Superintendency role. Designed by Jolson, the Albert St development includes 13 premium apartment offerings and standalone terrace house overlooking Fitzroy Gardens. The project delivers a level of design and quality synonymous with the Orchard Piper brand to create one of Melbourne’s most premium residential offerings. HGW Projects completed the tender negotiations and subsequent contract execution on behalf of Orchard Piper and now are managing the construction phase of works.
