Toorak Village
Toorak | VICOrchard Piper have engaged HGW Projects to perform the Project Management and Superintendency role for its Toorak Village development. Renowned architects Kerry Hill have completed the design for Toorak’s most premium residential offering in the heart of the village. The development comprised 9 exclusive residences all with private lobbies and access to gymnasium and concierge services. The apartments are complimented by both commercial and retail tenancies located between ground and level 3. HGW Projects managed the design development from permit approval, into tender and contract execution, and are currently overseeing the construction phase of the development.
