Melbourne | VICDOXA Social Club – Clocks at Flinders Street Station
HGW Projects has been engaged to perform the the Project Management and Superintendent role for the refurbishment of the Clocks at Flinders Street Station.
Our role commenced with assisting DOXA and the design team finalising engagement of the main contractor and administration of the head contract. The project is being completed while the venue remains operational over several stages.
Resolution ofchallenging design, heritage, infratsructure and coordination issues associated with working in a live environment and immediately adjacent to Flinders Street Station has been a key component of our role.
