HGW Projects were engaged by Dexus for the reconfiguration / refurbishment of Deepwater Plaza on the Central Coast, north of Sydney.

The project consisted of a carve up of an existing major tenancy (2500sqm) into several smaller specialty and mini major tenancies as well as the creation of a new mall entry, modifications to the façade, base building services upgrades and associated civil works.
