Bondi Beach | NSW| 2023 | 1,000 SQMHGW Projects have managed the refurbishment of a 1920’s apartment building located at Bondi Beach, NSW.
The block consists of 10 residential units and 2 retail tenancies were stripped out internally and enhanced for contemporary living. This included upgrading all services and working closing with the designers to ensure longevity is considered in the historical building.
HGW Projects is delighted to work on this project, expanding our residential experience across to the iconic and unique location of Bondi Beach.
