Queanbeyan | NSW | 2023 | 1,000 SQMHGW Projects were engaged by Spotlight Property Group to provide project management and tenancy coordination services for their new Queanbeyan development. HGW Projects lead a full team in the design, tender and construction of a new 1,000sqm large format retail store for incoming tenant Supercheap Auto, along with creation of an extended car park and associated upgrades.
