Rockdale
Sydney | NSW | 2022HGW Projects were engaged by Spotlight Property Group (SPG) to manage the refurbishment of Rockdale retail centre in NSW. The first phase involved a cosmetic refurbishment of the lobby, amenities and car park areas to breathe new life into the space. The second phase included the creation of a brand new Harris Scarfe tenancy. The final phase of the project involved repairs, repainting and new signage for the full façade.
