The site at 360 Little Bourke Street received a permit for a 319-room hotel built over 23 levels with appointment of Park Hotel Group as the Hotel Operator. HGW Projects managed the development of the design and engagement of Main Contractor in preparation for site commencement March 2020.
In light of the impacts of Covid-19 on both the global and local economies, Roxy Pacific placed the hotel scheme on hold and is now pursuing an alternate permit for the site, repurposed for commercial use. HGW Projects are continuing their role as Principal’s Representative to prepare and manage the new town planning application, which will include refurbishing the existing 5 level building with major upgrades to the structure to support an additional 7 levels of new commercial space above.
