St Michael’s Catholic Primary School
Daceyville | NSWHGW Projects managed the extension and refurbishment of St. Michael’s Catholic Primary School in Daceyville, NSW (Sydney Eastern Suburbs). This project involved the refurbishment of school classrooms in existing the heritage building, construction of a new 2 storey school building containing 8 GLAs, break out rooms and under croft, ICT rooms and amenities. It also included new landscaping and an on-grade carpark.
The project was completed on time, on budget in September 2023 in a live environment. The state-of-the-art learning spaces are now in use by the pupils at the school.
