HGW Projects have recently completed the rebuild of Toormina Gardens Shopping Centre after the centre was severely damaged by a hail storm in 2021. The $25M project consisted of the replacement of the damaged building envelope (22,000sqm of roofing), replacement of essential services equipment, a full refurbishment of the mall as well as two new sets of amenities and civil works. HGW Projects retail team thrive on complex, live environment projects like this. An incredibly challenging project which we are very proud of!
