Prince Alfred Substation
Sydney | NSWHGW Projects are managing the refurbishment of the former substation, as part of the Central Precinct Renewal Programme for Transport for NSW. The heritage building is being updated to accommodate 1,800 sqm of modern workplace, as well as conserve the heritage elements of the building. In addition, a new pedestrian walkway from Prince Alfred Park will act create further activation to the precinct.
