Durrimut | VICHGW Projects has been engaged by Centuria Developments (for Centuria Industrial REIT) to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services for the renovation and expansion of their existing industrial warehouse in Derrimut, Victoria. The Industrial & Logistics facility is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment, including repairs to the existing warehouse floor, a 2,702 sqm warehouse extension, the construction of a 35-metre super canopy, and new hardstand areas. The project is expected to be completed by early 2025.
