Tungs is a 13-level Mixed-use development at the northern edge of the Melbourne CBD. The building retains heritage facades on Elizabeth and O’Connell Street and integrates them with the construction. Developed by Tungs Development Pty Ltd, the building consists of 55 build-to-rent 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments including two penthouses, communal roof-topterrace, ground-floor retail space, two floors of commercial office space, and a 2-level basement. HGW Projects role as project & development manager has included design coordination, the management of the tender & construction, as well as all required development management tasks including leasing & building management.
