New Epping - Stage 1 Residences

HGW Projects has been engaged by Riverlee to perform a key project management role as part of their development of the New Epping site. 

The project will deliver three apartment towers, containing 151 affordable dwellings over an under-croft car park, which includes ground floor commercial offerings. The project presents a unique opportunity to work with challenging ground conditions as it is situated over the former Epping Quarry. HGW Projects has been engaged as the project manager to facilitate design development and detailed documentation, manage the competitive tender process and administer the construction contract.
