Northern Private Hospital
New Epping | VICRiverlee, in partnership with Ramsay Health Care, is set to deliver a private hospital that will provide world-class patient care and offer a wide range of health care services. The Northern Private Hospital is part of the seven-hectare health, wellness and knowledge precinct located in the $2 billion mixed-use New Epping development by Riverlee.
HGW Projects has been engaged by Riverlee to provide project management services and administer the delivery of the quarry related site conditions through the construction phase.
Stage 1 of the Northern Private Hospital will deliver 75 in-patient beds across seven levels and will be fully operational in 2024.
